GUARANTEES

Once you have selected and secured your investment in a new employee, Accounting Resources, Inc. would like to help protect it. Accounting Resources, Inc. is able to do this by providing exceptional guarantees that are unique to the industry. Our confidence in the success of our screening and interviewing process has allowed us to eliminate risk for our clients.

Direct Hire and Conversion Guarantee

1. 30 day Refund* If within 30 days of our candidate’s start date you or the candidate determine that the placement is an inappropriate match, we will provide a replacement candidate to you at no additional charge or refund 100% of your fee.
2. 60 day Prorated Refund* If within 60 days of our candidate’s start date you or the candidate determine that the placement is an inappropriate match, we will prorate a refund (based on our standard hourly consulting fee) or provide a replacement candidate to you at no additional charge.
3. 90 day Replacement* If within 90 days of our candidates start date you or the candidate determine that the placement is an inappropriate match, we will provide a replacement candidate at an equal or lower salary at no additional charge.
4. 120 day Replacement Extended Guarantee* This guarantee is contingent on any client who partners with our Mutli-tiered Hiring Process. This is explained in more detail during our first in person meeting with the hiring manager.
5. 1 Year 25% Credit Replacement*  If within 365 days of our candidate’s start date you or the candidate determine that the placement is an inappropriate match, we will provide a credit equal to twenty-five (25%) of the original fee for replacement.

* All guarantee offers apply only on full fee placements that were paid in full within 10 business days of the candidates start date.

Contract Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the candidate assigned to you, you will not be charged the Gross Margin for the first eight (8) hours worked.

Presentation Guarantee

Now more then ever the speed and execution of a hire has become a vital element of a successful company. We will do our part to expedite this having our recruiters prepared and committed to present qualified candidates within 24-48 hrs of an in person meeting with the client.
